Jayne Valseca is living an ideal life with her husband Eduardo and two children on a Mexican ranch. Although Eduardo is the son of a well known publisher, the Valsecas have worked hard to build up the ranch during their fifteen year marriage. The day after celebrating their anniversary, Eduardo is kidnapped and held for ransom. Based on  true events, the Lifetime Original Movie tells the gripping story of Jayne's dealing with the kidnappers over the course of the next seven months while showing Eduardo's  life in captivity.
