The Ketchup Cut is a short film finalist from the National Film Challenge. Shot in black and white, reminiscent of a 1950 film noir, a bottle of ketchup is the main suspect in the murder of a young man, Chopsticks, paper towel, spoon, and steak knife are also under suspicion in this whodunit. A journalist interviews each one of them doubting that ketchup is the real killer. This short is rather cleverly filmed.
