Cowboys and Aliens (1:58) 2011

Daniel Craig wakes up in the desert without any memories. When he arrives in early Western town of Absolution, he is arrested by the sheriff. It turns out that the mystery man is Jake, a wanted man. As he is being carted off to Santa Fe, the town is attacked by an alien force. The aliens are roping the residents and flying off with them. Jake is wearing a bracelet that he can activate that will shoot the aliens. A group of ranchers, townspeople ride off with Jake in hopes of finding where the location of their loved ones. The posse are joined with a band of Apaches, who have had their loved ones taken off and by Jake's band of outlaws. The humans finally reach the aliens' ship and the shootout occurs. This is a fun movie. The well known cast, Craig, Ford, Dano, and Rockwell are all convincing in this science fiction Western. This is a fine example of a summer blockbuster.
